is there any way?

Hii friends..
I need to know,if there is any way i can know if my modem is connecting to some hidden addresses?
Coz sometimes my speed fall to very low 1-2 KBPS..
So is there any program? or way to find it??

you can use netlimiter to see if any programs or services are using a lot of bandwidth.
if you have a router it’ll have logs
if you’re only using a modem you can use netstat -a in command prompt to look for connections that are “listening”

lulz dont ask that mate My avg speed is 30-33 kbps,but remain constant everytime i download…but sometimes suddenly i get around 1-3kbps speed
