Is it possible to watch actual TV channels on the internet?

Just curious if you knew of any.
It’s not that I can’t get TV shows I want to watch but it’d be neat to see channels from places I’ve never been

Also, if you use a VPN, you can usually watch some TV channels in other countries
eg. If you are in USA, and use a VPN with a UK server, then you could watch this here in the UK
