Is it possible to play PS3 games on PC?

hey guyz, i was wondering if we could play PS3 games or Xbox games on PC? coz i wanna play Punisher: No Mercy game that is available only for PS3 and Xbox on my new pc….please help me here….

No you can not play ps3 games on PC. no emulator exists to let you do this.
