Is it hacked or is it a virus

I dont know wht happen but yesterday my cmd prompt suddenly opened up and a cmd came up it was something like this
c:\program86\……\setup.exe\uninstall—
and then my screen began to flicker and then it become black with a horizontal line in between . I restart again and it just boots up in safe mode.
I want to know whether I have been hacked or was it a virus.
I am using asus laptop and I have made a backup of my previous factory state windows although i dont know whts it for . but I dont know wht to do next.
I also aam not able to see the desktop icons once i click refresh and my graphic drivers are giving a reapir kind of symbol.
really need ur help guys.

virus, you seriously need to get a bootable tool
of some sort, to help you fix this
get a rescue disc from bitdefender or the like
then try and fix your PC
these are bootable discs, that act as an antivirus program
hirens boot CD also has some tools that will help you out
with this sort of stuff (this is probably your best bet)
it has rescue discs, and other things
you could also use a linux distro as a live CD with clamAV
and fix it that way
clamAV is an antivirus program, both CLI and GUI based
you could also completely reinstall windows,
if you don’t have anything, really valuable on your harddrive
if your able to boot up in safe mode then do a system restore back to when it was working fully, say a couple or three day’s prior
