IOS 5 pulldown menu mods

My friend showed me a systems montior and memory freer which works in the iOS 5 pulldown menu, what is the tool? It was really awesome and I want it, anyone know how to get it?

You need to jailbreak your iPhone/iPod and you can install them into the notification center.
