Internet Explorer hang for 5 Minute

Hi I m Using Latest Version of Internet Explorer 8.0
—-> sometime when i m visiting any site and that site is not available that time then Internet Explorer hang for 5 minutes
and

and see the above image and sometime i get this message from internet Explorer
and Internet Explorer hang for 5 Minutes again
Plz suggest me what should i do for removing such types of Annoying messages from Internet Explorer
