Infected Processes?

So I have ran many many different malware, spyware, anti-virus, registry cleaning programs and nothing has helped yet. Ever few hours or so there are 4 processes that start up. They are imitating other vital processes. They have the same name but have a space at the end… If i close all 4 of them fast enough they wont come back unless I restart my computer. They basically make everything impossible to do, because it slows my computer down soo much that the simple act of web browsing is impossible. The processes that are doing it are: isass .exe services .exe smss .exe spoolsv .exe notice that there is a space between each process and .exe … so In my process i have isass.exe and isass .exe and the same with the others. Now without reformatting does anyone know how to remove these? I have Searched Google, but haven’t found anything that worked.

If you cant fix your virus problem with those live CDs nothing else will fix it except reformat
