img avtar and sig

Hi,
I wanted to put this img in my sig http://imagehosting.dreamhosters.com/pic.php?u=2sMb5U&i=11
But whenever i do so, only the text comes not the img.
When i was trying to use a similar link for my avtar, it was saying invalid link. But this kind of link is working everywhere else, then y isnt it working here ? And do i have to enter any other special code except [img][/img] to make my img work ? Also can we enable html some how ?

It must be a direct link to that pic. (it must end with file extension eg .jpg)
Example: http://abcde.com/picture.jpg
http://imagehosting.dreamhosters.com/pic.php?u=2sMb5U&i=11 – it’s not a direct link!
Just save it to your computer and upload it to some other image hosting site like:
imagehost.ro

Go to tinypic.com and upload the image and then put it in your profile as a image code for message boards. Like this : [IMG]http://~ Disallowed image host ~/8bqoe43.jpg[/IMG] *take the coding out and it will be like this*
