i got problem in Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2

When I Completed the install the game
the game said i need Ageia PhysX 7.05.17
so am having Fatal Error it said
Installation Ended Prematurely because of an Error
my Video Card ATi X1050
and i downloaded the latest Ageia PhysX 8.04.25
but nothing happens still error it said
got any idea for this?
