how to watch my program on tv through computer.

hi guys, i have HP m 8110n media center TV Pc. my computer comes with TV tuner card…. can anybody tell me the method to attach my computer with TV? because i wants to watch my favorite show on TV through computer. i wants to watch online tv websites (internet websites) on my tv. tell me any method or any equipment to do this…..

What video card do you have? The ports on the back of the card will tell us. And also what tv do you have because it also needs to have the right inputs.

OKi have nvidia 6150 video card. and my TV is Sony LCD 42″. in front side of my pc it has s-video output option. and in backside of PC (in tv tuner card) it has s-video input option and cable input option…
plz give me solution for this problem
