How to share my internet? Can you help?!

Hi!
My problem is: I want share my internet ( usb modem) in my laptop with other laptop. I want do it using my wireless connection, but can do it also with cable.
My problem is how to configure it easly on XP. I created once a connection between two laptops with wireless. But i wasnt capable to share the internet.
Can anyone help me?

cause it is a very painful procedure (i know it the best, done it at least 5 times ), i recommend googling for a guide for such things…
