How to set up a home vpn

I currently have att dsl service
using a linksys wrt300N wireless router
I would like to setup a vpn connection so say when I am away I can connect to my home internet and use it.
Please help as I looked around and have no idea how to use it

I use teamviewer. Makes it very easy. Plus its free.

I know about teamviewer but also would like to connect a vpn from my phone
: I want to people to use the internet at my house as my school is filtering the internet

ah ok so you actually meant a vpn… sry but thought you did not know what you were talking about

configure your router for vpn tunneling, get a dyndns and connect

I have set my router and signed up on dyndns and put my account info in my router but how do i use it?
and i have dynamic ip

you dont need no software, windows xp have build in option for vlan and vpn, check my page it has instruction on how to set it up
