HOW TO SAVE ?

HELLO, I have my project done on ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR AND I WANT TO SAVE AS JPG. how DO I DO IT ? FILE>SAVE AS..> FORMAT >AND THERE IS NO JPG. PLEASE HELP !!

I dont know myself cuz I never used it, but try to save as some other format and then save it as jpg from photoshop.
