How to open Total training of Illustrator CS3

I have collected this zip files called total training for Adobe Illustrator CS3. When i unzip first file it takes 3 minuites and unziped into a 3 GB single large file. When i open that file it opens with Nero essential CD burner and act as i am writing a CD into CD writer. I want to use the training. How to do it?

Select All Rars..(not the Blank ones) right click…. Extract here… (in the Folder)
Then use power ISO… (its Better)

You can either burn the 3gb image file in Nero or Mount it using PowerIso:
