how to open .MSWMM format?

Ok, my gf sent me a clip or something over the email… but it won’t open with windows movie maker. I get the following error when i try to open it:
My question:
How do i open it and play it? I read online how you can open it … but i get an error trying to open it.
Any help would be appreciated

rt click the file and select properties/summary/advanced post a screen shot of the file info
hit “alt+print screen” to just get that box
