Is it not working? Then its time to get a new one. You will break it if you try to get it apart. Those adapters are usually two plastic pieces that are glued together. You will have to do some prying around the seam in the middle of the case to get it apart. Sometimes there are screws that have the ends covered by the label. Feel around the label for screw holes before you start tearing into the case. Also remember to do this when the adapter is unplugged!
Answer #2
tought that screws will be under the label but nothing there.
Time to get my vice and metal saw.
Answer #3
You should be able to pry it open with a screwdriver. Sawing it shouldn’t be necessary and could damage the internal components. If you don’t care if they get damaged, then go for it

You live in BFE don’t you?
Another quick fix idea if the fuse is blown: short the fuse out with wire or replace it. Shorting it out is not recommended for long term use, as it can easily cause a fire. That’s what the fuse is there to prevent in the first place. You can determine if the rest of the adapter works by temporarily shorting out the fuse. You also should investigate why the fuse blew and fix it so you don’t risk wrecking your new power brick.
Answer #10
just what do you mean by “SHORT FUSE” as that chargers fuse seems to be in the plug for the removable cable not the charger
Answer #11
Why exactly would you even want to take it apart in the first place? All you will do is just ruin it even more. Just go out and buy a new one for 10-15$, then you don’t have to worry about it
Otherwise if your not a professional at it, then take it to someone who is, such as a computer salesman/support. Any computer store will do.
Answer #12
Get a new power supply.Trying to fix your current one would be without success.Even if a fuse inside the power supply was blown getting another one would be difficult and even if you do, it will blow again.
