How to make ribbons screensaver as desktop background

Does anyone know how to do this? i remember in vista you could make a video your desktop background or something.. thanks

Start.
Control Panel
Click “APPEARANCE AND PERSONALIZATION”
Click ” Change Screen Saver”
Set it to Ribbons.
OK.
Job done.
