How to install Iphone/Ipad IOS on computer?

I’m looking for a way to install IOS 8 on a touchscreen computer.
Basically I would like to turn a big Touchscreen into a giant Ipad.
For android you have the x86 project, but I haven’t found anything similar for IOS.
did anyone tried something like this?

They are probably broadcasting the screen on a large device in the iOS case. You can only run it in the xcode emulator, there is no solution to run iOS on a PC albeit it’s technically possible.
