How to identify movies compatible with PS3 on this forum?

Sorry guys – probably a stupid question – how can I identify which movies would be compatible on PS3 and or iphone when viewing a link posted here in the movies forum?

by its file format that is writen in post ?

sometimes the MP4 files don’t work on the iphone or the ps3…so I figured if there was some other parameter that would help.
Regardless – it does not matter any way as filesonic has already shut down its file sharing services and soon others will follow…
