how to grab flash video?

can someone tell me how to grab the video from embedded players like this?

Works with youtube and stuff so it should work with this unless its encypted

or you can use the’downloadHelper’ add on in FF

use latest version of IDM, it will grab both flv as well as mp4 videos for you.

IDM works great, and also file2hd (online site) will create a direct download from a flash video.
