How to fix bad sector in flash drive?

hi..
I bought a brand new KNGSTON flash drive with 32GB just few months back.. its running nicely.. but now a days i got problem with it.. whatever i m storing in it, its not able to hold it copmletely for long long time. it just converts all the data which i had stored to some unknown languages with folders and files with GB speces just after i removing it from the system. i m really sad for it.. below i m attaching the photos of the problem.. i have also tried so may times to format it very throughly but that problem in not fixing..

please help me to rectify these problem so that i can able to use that 32gb flash dive without any problem ever.. Thnks in advance

Fully format it and, failing that, get a new one.
Flash drives don’t get ‘bad sectors’ like hard disks do.

Run ‘chkdsk’ on it, although you may have to schedule it for a reboot.
If that fails run ‘chkdsk /r’
