How to encrypt a quad boot system with TrueCrypt ?

Now i need help on how to encrypt my quad boot PC… Okay i will tell you some things:
I firstly installed windows xp on C drive
Then under XP i installed Vista on D drive
and Then under Vista i installed Windows 7 on E drive
After that i installed Ubuntu 9.10 and it’s drive is not visible by windows because it’s Ex4. (That’s normal)
All OSes are on the same drive and there is no external drive.
Can someone guide me how to encrypt it ? I tryed to do this but it asks me too much questions which i am not sure…
