How to convert a video to images sequences?

I want to know if there is any software that helps in converting a video to images sequences?
There are lots of tools, Blender is a nice program and also very versatile, Here’s a video tut:

You can use Adobe premiere also, I still learning so I don’t know how to set number of frames but I’m sure there is a lot tutorials. Drag and drop video in Premiere – File – Export – media – under format select JPG – export. For shorter videos you can use Photoshop too (Import video frames to layers).
