How to capture stream from these sites

does anyone have any ideas how to record streams form these sites?

i can only capture 30secs from the latter

idm works for me, fyi it wont download with plug in but works when i disable it.
Note: this is a live stream so the file size is however long you let it run, but when you wish to stop recording hit stop on the idm download link, it will say warning this is a live stream download do you wish to save the file, you hit yes and it will save it and you can watch it.
so disabled your idm plug in chrome, then open idm then go to options then go to general tab and then click on chrome browser and hit ok and go to the link you will get a download link.

added two more sites i got problems with, maybe someone will be able to help me here as well
the solution posted above doesn’t work with the first, and only kinda works with the latter as only 30secs can be recorded

it dose NOT aloow to capture streams, it’s a screen capture soft, that’s not what i;m looking for

Oh I see, well IDM works for this, u can download via IDM on streaming site easy and fast
