How do you do some special effects in your movie?

It looks like your moving fast, like fast forwarding in your video.

If you are on XP you can use the built in “Movie Maker” – it by no means has advanced features but if you just want a few effects its adequate

If you want to do some serious work , I suggest Adobe after effects

To achieve those effects just alter the duration of the section you want, increasing will slow it down, decreasing will speed it up. To keep in sync, audio track has to be done the same
