Answer #1
Did you extract the rar files?
If so what did you use to extract?
Answer #2
i did, with WINRAR
this creates a poweriso file so i mount this but when i access the mounted drive it just opens a folder with a few files and folders but no install or .exe file
this happens with all of the three programs i downloaded,
what am i doing wrong?
Answer #3
Try to right clicking on the mounted iso and go on Autorun..
Answer #4
I think that they are a mini linux style boot file inside the iso’s – that’s the normal way parted and UBCD work..

(why is imgur a banned image host?)
Answer #5
thanks, but when i click on the mounted drive there is no Autorun option, the closesto that is the option “install or run program from your media”
but when i click it nothing loads or runs?

so how do i install the program on win 7 when its in this format?
Answer #7
don’t mount the iso file. Instead burn it to a cd/dvd and then boot from it.
or, make a bootable usb from the iso and boot from usb.
Answer #8
Yes, those apps are intended to be made into a CD that will be BOOTABLE.
Use Poweriso or IMGBurn to ‘BURN IMAGE TO DISK’..
You don’t run or install them from within Windows or any other operating system..
You just set your laptop bios to boot from CD, insert the disk and boot up..
