how do i play LAN using HAMACHI?

i have installed the hamachi client.i started it.i joined a network.i could find one player online.then i started my game,entered multiplayer options then LAN.but could not find any games.how i do it?

If the game has a direct IP option, try typing the players hamachi IP and join.
