how do i make scrubbed wii games

i was wondering how i make scrubbed wii games.is there a certain way to compress it with winrar or winzip? uploading 4 gigs on rapidshare takes so damn long for me cuz my upload sucks. i only get about 30-40 kb/s.

wiiscrubber will take out the files not needed.After you use wiiscrubber then you compress it with winrar.Not all game sizes are reduced that much,so some games aren’t even worth the hassle.
