How can you make a customizable feeds like this….?

I want to have a customizable feeds in a site wherein all articles that i have already read will not appear anymore in my feeds.
similar to that of
http://www.thesubwire.com/
wherein there is an option to remove the title of the manga or anime in the feeds after i have read or seen them.
Is there a way to do that? or is there a free site allowing such function?

this is not mine. but i like what you can do with the tracked series in the feeds after you have read them. it you will click them as read, they will be removed from the list of feeds in the toolbar.

Reason why I asked is cause if the RSS is on your own site I could help you.. but if you want it used on another site I think the only way is to make a script.. :/

ah i see… Well it’s just that i’m amazed about the style of the rss feed. i’ve not seen such customizable feed before.
