how can i view movie in an internet page?

I have Eten X500+ with windows mobile 6 the web site say that i must install Adobe flash player 7.i install it but the web site say the same thing.Please help me i’m

You can upgrade to new flash player! i mean the new update!!!!!
flashplayer 7 is kinda old dont you think?
