How can I market myself ?

I know how to play with Joomla and WordPress.
I am using these things in my work but I didn’t use theme other where before and I don’t know how to market this knowledge.
So can you help me please !
Ohh I also know C , C++ and Java
write it all down in a CV and send it to Monster(google it), then companies will go to them, see how experienced a programmer you are and offer you a job!
