How can i make a free “.info” website?

Are you talking about the .info domain? If so then it’s practically impossible since the domain isn’t a free one and you have to pay for it

If you have a friend that’s in the internet business and can get you a free domain or if you trade it for something. There are sites that may offer free .com or .org or similar domains but don’t believe them. They’re mostly scams. Only thing to do is pay for the domain since no one will give you a free lifetime domain, after all, domains have to be paid for every time you renew them (I.E. Every year). Good luck mate ^_^
I saw a free .com site one time but once someone set everything up it had more ads like a mofo. So just put some money into it and just be happy with an ad-free host.
Nobody will provide you a domain for free. If you cant afford a domain name, get a subdomain.

.tk is a free domain. And cjb.net. Most of the providers today give you a 1 year free domain if you buy hosting from them.
Nothing is free, some hosting services will let you get one domain for free by signing up for hosting. But there is no other way to get a free domain. Either way, you will be spending money.
.tk is okay but .co.nr is the shiz.
There are certain hosts that would provide you free domains, BUT, with certain conditions. The most common condition would be “post-2-host”, which requires you to do some postings on their forum and be active and you would be entitled for a free domain/host depending on how they specify it.
