How Can I Know about my system information

Hi to all!
I have a IBM desktop PC. But I don’t know some of the information about it. i.e: Motherboard, Cache Memory and My Processor is HT or not….? My BIOS is not showing this information. How can I know it..?
Is there any program or any file in windows which show me all my system information.
Please help me in this regard.

There are plenty of apps especially here. They will give you a txt of what your pc has.
