HijackThis log, need help to Diagnose

Working with a 3 or 4 year old laptop running Vista. Owners had no antivirus, were using internet explorer, and when the fake security system used by the virus they caught came up, they thought it was real. I’ve removed the virus itself, and utilized Malwarebytes to clean it up. Now, I need some help figuring out what to fix with hijackthis. Here’s the log, thanks in advance:

there you go, you have a few missing files for bing bar.
It also flags a red line over browseui.dll for some reason
UIWWFDnoJEOaR.exe is a trojan infected file, and theres more, some dangerous stuff..

Alright, so, after going through the hijackthis file, I have yet to fix the problem I’ve been having, a BSOD at the vista login page when not in safe mode. Any advice on fixing that?
The memory dump screen goes by too fast for me to record anything without making it happen ten times, but here’s what I’ve got:
Stop code is 0x8E (0x826410B8, 0x8C1927BC, 0x00000000)
Also mentions something about an address of 8260B000 and something regarding Iastor.sys
Oh, and the reason I posted there AND here, was because after I posted there, I noticed that they took five days to respond on average, at which point I said “F*** that, I’m going to Warez-bb.”

The owners didn’t have any antivirus installed. At all. When they couldn’t log in anymore, they figured the laptop was “dead.”
To fix it, I’ve been utilizing Malwarebytes and HijackThis. EDIT: I’ve also installed Avira, but it hasn’t been useful thus far.
