Follow these steps:
1. Tick these entries (While Internet Explorer is closed):

2. Click on “Fix Checked”
3. Run a search for blank.htm and delete it.
4. Restart.
5. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL and check if SearchProtection.exe is running on the process list, If it doesn’t, Then go to “c:\program files” and delete the “search protection” folder. If it’s still running, Then use killbox to delete it after a reboot:

You’d have to input the full path, As in:
C:\ProgramData\Search Protection\SearchProtection.exe
After it’s done, Just as before, Delete that folder^.
Other than that, This looks a bit off too:
C:\Windows\system\Cm106eye.exe
But I can’t say for sure whether it’s spyware or not. Some people have claimed it’s
related to their sound card driver, But I couldn’t find anything conclusive.
I suggest you check it’s properties (Version info) and see if it rings a bell, If it does, Then keep it, Otherwise, Just use killbox^
Do note however that there might be more to it!
Some adware/spyware can install other stuff too without your knowledge (It just downloads & executes it)
They can also use rootkits (Which hide em from the process list/registry/windows explorer)
making it more stealth and harder to detect/remove. It’s up to you, But in these kinds of situations, It’s always best to make a clean reinstall (Plus changing all of your passwords/secret questions from another “clean” computer or by using a linux live cd) just to be on the safe side!
