help with virus

i recently instaled nod32 smart security, but i have problem with pacex.gen virus, because nod is constantly reporting (every 30 seconds) viruses on drives, even I deleted them, and during full scan too, after which it stayed…
what should i do, and how to set nod32 to fully scan my computer before windows loads ?

Scan your computer via safe mode. Viruses can’t move (immobile) in safe mode. Good luck.
