Help with my samsung GT-S7500

i get this downloading sign even if its not downloading and i cant cancel it and when i slide down to see whats downloading

go to setting- go to mobile networks untick the box use pocket data

bro i have done everything used flight mode , removed the sim n memory card switched off but its still the same

Backup your ~love~ and flash in a new rom.
Stock roms are easier. Custom roms need rooting first.

Download Inspiration_Rom_V10.zip
Copy it somewhere to your external_sd
Boot CWM
Make Nandroid Backup (In Case.....)
Wipe Data / Factory Reset, Clear Cache & Dalvik Cache
Select install zip from sdcard > choose zip from sdcard
After selecting Inspiration_Rom_V9.zip file select Yes to install
Wait for the flashing to complete
That's it Now Reboot and Enjoy
Note : First Boot May Take Some Time. So, Be Patient(3-5 Mins.)
