Help with IDM and Hotfile

I can’t get Internet Download Manager to work with my Hotfile account. I’ve added the server/path as ~ Disallowed ~…and my user name and password, but still unable to download multiple files.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Premium account? Try jDownloader http://jdownloader.org/download/index
How to add your premium account -> right click the small icon near the bottom left of the screen, pick the hoster aka Hotfile and configure add you account info and click show info and you should see how much you have left to download etc. in the little icon you should also see a little check mark which means the account is enabled and when you un-check it you become a free user
also you should see a small icon pop up near the other icon

I tried it. That jDownloader just doesn’t work. I’ve installed it and when I try to use it nothing happens.

What do you mean nothing happened? Did you add your account on jDownloader? And did you hit the resume button to start downloading?

Well since it’s a java based software then you should have your java updated. If it is then nevermind. Stick with IDM. A question though, have you figured out how to manage hotfile links with IDM?

ok i finally got jDownloader to launch, but when i add a link it doesn’t download. i did already add my premium hotfile account and the java is updated. and no i can’t get hotfile to work with idm…

When you copy a link , jDownloader link grabber copies it then -> click continue -> it will check for the files status (online/offline) After that go on the left and click add all packages. then hit the resume button on the top.
And to add your premium account:
On the left bottom corner there’s a little sign. Right click on it -> find the site that you have a premium account on -> add account .
After adding your account On the left top corner hit the jDownloader icon and click restart jdownloader
when it opens again click the resume button to start the downloads.

You need to integrate your downloaders with with the browsers
