help uploading files to RS

hello i’m sort of new here as in never posted any files before but i have downloaded loads from rapidshare
i own a mac if that means anything towards my question
what i need help about is what program do i use to split files into many sized chunks. i notice for example many large files are split into 10 different chunks (100 – 200mb in size
any ideas how i can do so on RS on my mac?

Use winrar to split the file to the size you want and then upload them to rs.I have set the option to 100MB each file in the pic below

winrar is used to compress and split in windows GOOGLE for compression on mac should tell you
