Help Please:GTA IV

Hello friends.I have got GTA IV and while playing multiplayer it sayssomething like You have been disconnected because your computer is running too slow.I am running the game at the lowest settings too!I get 15 FPS which is nice to play.But this problem comes while playing multiplayer.And I have got the latest patch too!

That is way too low for online play. Sorry, but you cant play it online unless you upgrade.

15 FPS? Nice to play? Even if you had said 25 FPS I would have taken you seriously.
