[HELP] movies

Hello i was wondering i been seeing a lot of movies from here that are like 350mb or 500mb file size.
what program do i need to make all the movies i have that are all 700mb go smaller without losing quality like some of the movies here.

Any video file convertor…
In that you gotta change the file type from AVI to MKV
