Help me!How to Setup Mac.

Guys i need help with something.
Yesterday, my customer asked me to setup his Macbook.
His Macbook dont have any Os.
The Problem is after i type mac-boot a gray screen along with a new folder with question mark appear.
Anyone know why?
Please Help!
hmmm….Can you give us some more details about the Macbook. Is it new, if not how old it is. Is it second hand. We can help you but we need more info.
