Help downloading from posted links

Alright guys I am freshly new to this website, I am just use to kickass torrents and the pirate bay. So they have buttons to push for downloading something, however the links on this site, per se…..for adobe photoshop or ableton 9 have copy and paste links? I guess my main question is how do I download something off of here?
