Hard reset blackberry 8820

Hello All .. as you see.. i have a blackbery 8820 and i cant get in MENU ,, i just can call someone..!!! does anyone Know how to hard reset it with buttons Thanks

yea tried this but .i still cant get in MENU.. u just can see the ” Applications icon !!! and as i said i just can call someone …!
tried the ” Holding: Alt+Right Shift+delete key … but still no success!!

Tried last sollution? Master Reset via BlackBerry Desktop Manager?
