Gophone Sim Card In Iphone?

I have been looking at a lot of youtube videos on how one can use the pay as you go gophone sim card in the iphone but most are out of date and mal-informed. I believe AT&T has tightened up the process and it is now much more difficult.
Has anyone been ale to accomplish this recently and if so what did you do.

Couldn’t you just call your company and ask how to get it to work with an iPhone. I thought that if your phone was UNLOCKED, you could use whatever sim card.
I’m not familiar with the GoPhone thing but a simply phone call should give you an answer.

Unfortunately, the last thing AT&T would allow is the use of another carrier to service the iphone or to allow a pay as you go plan, even if they own Gophone. People have been able to use their gophone sim card on their iphones but in a circuitous and complicated manner. I was wondering if anyone could share some light on the process.

to the best of my knowledge all it would take is a jailbreak and unlock and then pop in the sim card. you should be good to go

What said sounds about right. Find out how to unlock the iphone and then jailbreak it…this should remove any factory settings confining you to AT&T
