Good First Car in Gran Turismo 2?

I have Honda CR-X 1.6 VTEC with 177 HP. Is this car good? I love this game. I’m playing on Sony PSP. I saw first time this game on cousin Sony PSX 10 years or more ago.

You don’t have to buy the exact car, the used car lot inventory changes once a while.
You just need a cheap used car to begin with, FF cars are easier to use.
