get file from server PC to my PC

Hi all. I am using an RDP to download files to my server. I want to get them files to my home PC.
What would be the best and easiest way to do this?
Setting up an FTP? Or is there another way?

Shared drives then plain copy?

Or use teamviewer or anydesk, copy and paste (they share clipboards)?

The best speed is drive to drive.
Next would be using a flash drive, perhaps.
Direct FTP might be faster than teamviewer.
Teamviewer is easier to setup – it’s what i use to connect my general use laptop to my i7 media player (attached behind the TV)
It works well, at the speed of my wifi network.
