Games For Windows! Help!

Hey Guys
— Question —–
Are you familiar with PC games known as “Games For Windows” ?
It is a service by xbox live, that incorparates online gaming for pc, the same as xbox live on the xbox 360 console, and inocprates achivements aswell
My question is (and its an odd one) I intend to download one of these “games for windows” games off here
and im concerned whether or not the Xbox Live PC system will figure out that i am using a downloaded version and not allow me to play online?
For instance
If i want to download Call of Duty: World At War (HAS GAMES FOR WINDOWS LIVE) -and say it Has 30 rapidshare files, I extract them, use a serial or whatever, Is it possible to play online regardless?

As you can see it does say windows and i dont think most Xbox’s run windows. Its for Vista

Well it wont work since the serial will have been used multiple times and already banned. You can use a cracked game but you need the legit serial to play online

well, it’s a downloaded version so you can’t play on the normal servers, you’ll have to play on private servers

hmm
but does the xbox live functionallity and the achievment sstill work??
i.e: friends list, uncloking achievements chat, etc etc.
i mean, where does the game say “NO, this is a pirated copy, you cannot access xbox live” ?
