game language probz

hewo. i have dwnlaoded crime life, gang wars on pc and it took ages. it was an iso and i have installed but its in another language. i need it to be english and i dont want to have to find another download of it. i found a .txt file called languages which says this: (im not sure if it has anything to do with it) [Language]English

You can usealy change it in options? isnt there an option in there?

no there isnt an option and its in a different language anyway.
COULD ANYONE FIND A LANGUAGE PATCH FOR THIS?
