Full Format

I would like to know how i can fully format a SD card.
I have formatted it in Windows and in DOS. But when i try to recover the data on the card he can still find what was on it. I want to use all the space on the card not the left over space and the taken space from older stuff on the SD card.
I tried to format it in partition magic but he couldn’t find the SD card. It’s connected via a USB cable to my psp.

Install Acronis Disk Director Suite in windows and see if it will pick it up…

the only diffrence between full format to quick
is that in a full one it checks for bad sectors,nothin more
other then that its same,what you need to do is wipe it
get east-tec eraser and use the media wiper tool
